The MedDent Program

The MedDent Program is a personalized 12-month plan tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of your practice. The program includes all services for a single flat fee, so you won't be charged by the hour or asked to pay for additional services or consulting meetings throughout the year.

Benefits of joining the MedDent Program

â€‹After receiving a complimentary practice analysis consultation, you will then receive a written proposal outlining the services included in your program.

In-Office Consulting Meetings

Your practice management consultant will travel to your location for meetings that can last from 2 to 5 hours. In some cases, the consultant may spend an entire day in your office to address your primary concerns and assist you in implementing solutions.

By meeting with you in your office, the consultant has the opportunity to assess your facility, review your systems, and observe you and your staff in action. The consultant can also meet with your spouse, office manager, and staff, with or without you, providing assistance and training. This allows for identifying the root causes of your major issues.

Direct observation and interaction with your practice are the most effective ways to provide you with the best advice and assistance possible.

Telephone Consulting

You and your consultant will discuss your progress by telephone as scheduled and as needed. During the call, you will review your statistics, current issues, and any difficulties you face with implementing your solutions.

At the beginning of the program, the calls are generally longer as you may have many issues to discuss. However, as you start making steady progress and your statistics rise, your calls will take less time. "OK, great! Let's stick to the plan, watch the numbers, and we'll be right on target to reach our objectives."

Mini-Programs

After each consulting meeting, you and your consultant will develop a mini-program or a list of action steps for you to follow. These steps are designed to help you make the maximum progress with the time you have. You and your consultant will work together until you develop a mini-program that fits your needs best.

Professional Recruiting Services

Your consultant plays a crucial role in supporting your hiring efforts and ensuring that you attract high-quality applicants in today's post-COVID world. In addition to crafting compelling hiring ads tailored to your practice, your consultant will screen and select the best candidates using our proprietary behavioral insights interviewing technique. They will also provide valuable insights into the most effective channels for reaching and engaging with the right candidates. Whether it's leveraging online platforms, industry-specific networks, or other targeted strategies, your consultant is committed to helping you navigate the evolving landscape of talent acquisition with confidence and success.

Statistical Management

Tracking your statistical changes as part of your MedDent consulting is essential. This involves providing your consultant with a weekly report that includes your weekly new patients, production, and collections. Additional statistics may be required on a temporary or permanent basis, such as production breakdowns of individual providers, over-the-counter collections, numbers of new patients from individual sources like referrals or web presence, etc.

Your consultant can then graph your stats to identify correlations. For instance, a decrease in new patients may lead to a drop in production and collections within a few weeks. The trend of your statistics serves as a planning guide. For example, you should identify and reinforce the causes when a statistic increases without making significant changes. However, if a statistic is declining, you must make changes to reverse the downward trend quickly.
